Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
At Wedding Vow Rings, each wedding band is unique and meticulously made
to the highest quality standards in our industry. All of our rings are
custom laser engraved.
We offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee
for workmanship
only. This includes the cost of shipping. We do not guarantee against
spelling errors on "Write your Own Vows" if the words are misspelled on
your initial order. We do, however, proof read your orders and will
contact you if we detect a misspelled word. All sized engraved wedding
vow rings are guaranteed as ordered.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number at returns@weddingvowrings.com. The RMA
number must be written on your original invoice as well as outside the
package or envelope. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an
official RMA number will not be accepted.
- The product must be in new and unused condition with all original
packaging materials.
- Package all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in.
- Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it
to us via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. Please
